Can anyone fill me in on the details of this changeover? Are my email addresses going to change domain names? Are rates going up? Will I have to set up a new news server? The message on the television tells me that I should see something in the mail, but I’ve seen nothing.

Seems to be not a lot of information available yet for customers.
I have heard e-mail addresses will change. I also heard that pricing will probably change somewhat.
I did get a letter in the mail, but it was very generic and pretty much said watch for more details in February.
I’ve noticed small differences in my Insight webmail lately, and also had the cable picture go out on the TV a few times in the last two weeks. I hope the changeover is almost done, and that this is the worst of it, save for the hassle of changing my e-mail address on about 50 sites.

username@comcast.net and you’ll have to go after your current Insight username if you want it. I have already changed my Insight phone service to Comcast by changing my voice mailbox over. Painless really.
